Terms of Service

By accessing or using Online Inter College (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Online Inter College. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@onlineintercollege.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

You may not create accounts by automated means or impersonate any person or entity.

You retain ownership of content (articles, comments, images) you post on Online Inter College ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

You agree not to use Online Inter College to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or hateful
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest user data without express permission
• Impersonate another user, author, or Online Inter College staff member
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

The Online Inter College name, logo, design, and original platform content (excluding User Content) are the property of Online Inter College and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from platform materials without written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Online Inter College is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Online Inter College and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Inter College and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimer, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
